Al-Arbaeen is a semi-annual peer-reviewed magazine, issued by the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Holy Shrine of Hussein. It holds an international accreditation certificate from the Organization for Culture and Science (UNESCO - World Memory Programme) and the magazine is accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the purposes of scientific promotions. The centre released its first issue in June 2023, and it receives research and studies in various humanitarian, scientific and applied specialisations in Arabic and English, most notably: (social studies and anthropology, cultural, intellectual and ideological studies, historical and heritage studies, geographical and spatial studies, economic and tourism studies, legal and organisational studies).
